Tootsie is a little vocal about being disturbed from her comfy bed at the Parma Animal Shelter to get her picture taken. A resident of the shelter for a year now, she is an official member of the “Lonely Hearts Club,” cats that for whatever reason have been overlooked by people interested in adoption.
Kittens go fast, but some of the adults have plenty of personality and charm – like Tootsie. Her estimated age is 6 years old, but she does have epilepsy controlled with medication.
