On July 11, 2014, Rick Harrison from the reality TV show “Pawn Stars” shared his personal story and the obstacles he endured growing up with epilepsy as a child. Now he’s on a mission to help the millions of people and their families with epilepsy. “I struggled with epilepsy the better part of my formative years — up until I was in my teens — and fortunately overcame it. It was debilitating and isolating and, strangely enough, what led me to the amazing journey I am enjoying with the success of “Pawn Stars.”
