47-year-old John Canada never thought he would be a runner…much less a marathon runner.
“It seemed like heat was a trigger for my seizures. When I started running, I was afraid that was going to happen,” said John Canada.
John lived most of his life with epilepsy. He never knew when a seizure would come on, including when he was driving. He wasn’t even allowed to get behind the wheel until he turned 25.
