The Epilepsy Foundation of East Tennessee will give away 100 free bike helmets to kids between the ages of 3 and 17 at this year’s Dragon Boat Festival.
The festival will be held Sept. 6, according to a written statement. The festival is supporting development of enhanced pediatric epilepsy services at Mountain States Health Alliance’s Niswonger Children’s Hospital.
