The Epilepsy Network (TEN) / News / Entertainer Martin Morgan hadn’t had a seizure for 15 years. Then he had another aged 37 – and, sadly, it took his life.
He had dreams of making it in the world of entertainment – a natural on stage.
But in July, Martin – from Penrhyncoch, Aberystwyth – died suddenly and unexpectedly due to epilepsy. Cheryl Morgan, Martin’s sister, along with other family members organized a Sudden and Unexpected Death in Epilepsy (SUDEP) Awareness day, to prevent more tragic deaths like Martin’s.
The Epilepsy Network is a worldwide community of people with epilepsy, family and friends, uniting to talk about their experiences, learn information about epilepsy, ask questions and so much more! Don’t let epilepsy defeat you, let it inspire you!
