Case Western Reserve University, along with the Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, is leading a five-year research project designed to identify the causes – as well as to develop and test potential treatments — of Sudden Unexpected Death in Epilepsy, or SUDEP.
The project, the Center Without Walls for Collaborative Research, is being supported with a $27.3 million grant from the National Institutes of Health.
The Epilepsy Network is a worldwide community of people with epilepsy, family and friends, uniting to talk about their experiences, learn information about epilepsy, ask questions and so much more! Don’t let epilepsy defeat you, let it inspire you!
