A Bronx man who had an epileptic seizure while driving two years ago and caused a crash that killed a 25-year-old man was cleared on Tuesday of all criminal charges.
A jury in State Supreme Court in the Bronx found the man, Vincent Zanfardino, not guilty of second-degree manslaughter, criminally negligent homicide and several counts of assault.
