A fundraiser from Eccleshall, in Staffordshire, will start a trilogy of physical challenges when he lined up for the London Marathon. Ben Sutcliffe, is taking on three of the UK’s biggest sporting events in a bid to raise funds for the charity he works for, Caudwell Children.
Inspired by the support he received when diagnosed with epilepsy aged 17, the father of one said: “My friends and family taught me a valuable lesson at a time when it felt like my world was falling apart. They believed in me and refused to let my condition define who I was, which enabled me to regain my self-confidence and eventually believe in myself again.
