In a small rural community around the Shiselweni region is a *Nsingwayo family living with an epileptic young man without food, shelter, education and worst; clothes to wear in this chilling winter season.
*Menzi Nsingwayo (26) has been living with the condition from birth and as a result of his parents’ ignorance about epilepsy, today he is sadly counted as one of the thousand people in the globe who have been victims of circumstances – ignorance.
