She simply woke up in the middle of the night to find her 6-month-old daughter, Tesia Thomas, convulsing in bed.
The mother carried her daughter to the kitchen, careful not to wake her other sleeping daughter, 2-year-old Trinity.
Titania kept trying to wake Tesia, when terror swept over her.
“I knew she was having a seizure, but knowing what it was didn’t make it easier,” Titania Thomas said. “You see this little baby foaming at the mouth, and her eyes were rolling, so I called 911. That’s how we found out that she had epilepsy.”
