Apparently “The Walking Dead’s” Daryl Dixon (Norman Reedus) wasn’t the only one enthralled with Beth Greene’s singing last season while the pair holed up in an abandoned house. Actress Emily Kinney — who plays the character on the series — will be doing an epilepsy awareness concert this fall. If you’re wondering how one of the stars of one of the hottest shows on television found herself booked for a musical gig at a church in New Jersey, the idea came from “Walking Dead” fan Eric Miller, whose wife died in 2011 because of the condition. That put Miller on a mission to raise awareness about how deadly epilepsy can be, which causes approximately 50,000 deaths every year in the United States alone. Miller’s wife, Carolina, died of sudden unexpected death in epilepsy, or SUDEP.

I love this. She has a great vouce. I wish i could see her. It’s very inspirational especially for someone with epilepsy such as myself. I’ve had this for 15 years now. I’m so sorry for your loss.
It should say “1 in 26 people in the United States will develop epilepsy at some point in their lifetime.”
