- Stress
- Flashing/Flickering lights
- Certain foods, high amounts of caffeine
- Alcohol or drug usage
- Certain patterns
- Low blood sugar, not eating properly
- Fevers or other illnesses
- Sleep deprivation: Not getting enough sleep, not sleeping well, overtired
- Menstrual Cycle or other hormonal changes
