A Derby mother and her five-year-old son are hoping to raise hundreds of pounds for an epilepsy charity that has provided “fantastic” help.
Amy Clewlow and her son, Lucas, will take on the Run or Dye 5km run in aid of Epilepsy Action.
Amy, who lives with the the condition, chose the charity after it provided invaluable advice to the 30-year-old when she was diagnosed.
Amy, who works in the cytology department at the Royal Derby Hospital, said: “I suffered from epilepsy when I was little but then grew out of it. Then when I was 15 I was diagnosed again.
