The family of a teenager who died in her sleep have held a fund-raising darts tournament in her memory.
Seventeen-year-old Gemma Ray, from Newcastle, inset, died three years ago after suffering a seizure as she slept.
Her relatives started Gemma’s Ray of Hope to raise awareness of the condition known as sudden unexpected death in epilepsy (SUDEP).
And they held a 12-hour darts event at The Alma, off George Street, Newcastle, to raise funds for the charity.
