A Lexington, Kentucky woman is facing charges after allegedly abusing a disabled 4-year-old boy left in her care. Tiffany Fields’ son Luke has Down’s Syndrome, heart defects, and epilepsy. He needs constant care, so Tiffany said that a woman from a local home health care service, Lillian D. White, started watching Luke back in June. The family’s attorney, Dale Golden, said that they noticed behavior changes with Luke, so Tiffany set up a nanny cam.
