Thomas Joseph “TJ” Joy, the only child born to Joseph and Angela Joy, was a special little boy with special needs resulting from a rare brain malformation called PMG (PolyMicroGyria). PMG causes feeding problems, developmental delays, mental retardation, and epilepsy.
