Noah Ribbans is now a mostly happy and healthy 2-year-old boy, a vast improvement from his infancy where he stopped hitting developmental milestones, had hundreds of seizures a week and rarely slept.
That’s because Noah has West syndrome, a form of epilepsy that appears mostly in babies, described by his mom as a hiccup spasm.
