Jill Osborn of Georgetown has been fighting for three years to get medical marijuana for her now-8-year-old daughter, Haley. And it looks like Haley may soon get her medicine.
State regulations allow for pediatric cannabis medication only with a note from two physicians, and Jill said the family had only been able to obtain one. But they have recently found a neurologist in Boston willing to write the second recommendation.
