The Epilepsy Foundation of the Quad Cities and Pappas, Davidson, O’Connor & Fildes, P.C. will co-host a free seminar featuring David Fram, one of the country’s leading experts on the American’s with Disabilities Act (ADA,) and experts in occupational health on July 29, 2014 at the Figge Art Museum-John Deere Auditorium from 9 a.m. – noon.
David Fram is the Director of ADA & EEO Services for the National Employment Law Institute and is considered a leading authority on ADA compliance. He provides ADA training and covers EEO issues for employers including manufacturers, service providers, colleges and universities, law firms and bar associations, and Federal, state and local governments. Mr. Fram also served as a Policy Attorney at the EEOC, where he helped formulate the federal guidelines implementing the ADA. He authored Resolving ADA Workplace Questions, the definitive ADA compliance guidebook.
