She is a young girl who has gone through more in her life than she should have done.
But that has not stopped ten-year-old Nazanin Kiamenesh from doing whatever she can to help others.
Nazanin, of west Hull, was rushed into intensive care when she was born and has since battled epilepsy, a condition which has led to her suffering at the hands of bullies at her school.
