A Portsmouth man is seeking help paying for medical care for his dog, which has extreme epilepsy and suffered nine seizures on Sunday.
Scott Alan needs donations to help pay Mosby’s medical bills, according to the GoFundMe.com page.
In two days, 82 people have donated $2,440. The goal is $3,870.

Mosby is a beautiful lab/pit mix who was rescued by and adopted from Carolina Care Bullies in 2010. Human dad Scott is everything a dog could hope for in an owner and best friend – Mosby is literally his son, and the two are inseparable. Shortly after his adoption, it was discovered that Mosby suffered from severe epilepsy. Scott worked diligently and tirelessly to ensure Mosby received the best treatment possible, but despite the best efforts of all involved, and a diligent treatment regimen, Mosby’s condition continued to worsen.
