A determined youngster with epilepsy is getting on his bike to to help those with the condition.
At the age of just 10 Caiden Tanfield, from Braintree, is one of the Epilepsy Society’s youngest fundraisers.
He was diagnosed with Benign Rolandic Epilepsy in Childhood Syndrome after suffering a seizure just days after Christmas in 2015.
