Adele, who’s currently on tour promoting her new album “25,” took some time away from work to visit a 12-year-old fan named Rebecca Gibney. The young girl, who lives in the Short Strand area of Belfast, Northern Ireland, is blind and battles cerebral palsy and epilepsy. According to the BBC, she was given just six months to live, but defied the odds.
